QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail,
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English is a must,
- Preferably experience of delivering training in English,
- Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills,
- Having strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,
- Strong team player and fast adapter to a dynamic environment,
- No restrictions to travel abroad.
- Participate in teamwork in the design of the store's window and interior visuals,
- Prepare store product placement projects,
- Ensure that the placement standards determined by the Penti Visual department are correctly implemented by the stores; provide practical support to store employees on visual editing standards and techniques,
- Follow up on the necessary preparations for newly opening stores and ensure the implementation of product placement and printed visual materials in store opening activities,
- Follow the process of manufacturing, distributing, and correctly implementing materials to be used in stores.
