Required Competence and Skills:

• Law School graduate.
• A minimum of five-year working experience at a corporate organization is preferred.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• An up-to-date knowledge and interest for theoretic and practical developments in the area of law in and outside of Turkey.
• Know-how and experience on regulations in the field of consumer, e-commerce and data protection laws in and outside of Turkey.
• An interest in the area of civil aviation, especially regarding commercial rules and passenger rights regulations.
• Flexibility to work at our Company Headquarters at Kurtköy, Pendik (Istanbul) and to travel as may be required.

Job Definition:

• To take day-to-day responsibility in carrying-out compliance efforts in the areas mentioned above for the Legal Department.
• ·To assist compliance work in the areas of capital markets law, corporate law and competition law.
• ·To take active role in tracking new compliance risks for the Company in Turkey and abroad and taking part in the planning and the management of such risks.
• The Legal Counsel is therefore expected to take responsibility in keeping pace with the changing laws, in planning and implementing compliance efforts, in overseeing legal services procured from third parties and in similar work.
