·      Skills:

        - Bachelor degree

·       - Experienced in the FMCG industry minumum 3 Years

·       - Minimum 7 years experience in export Business

·       - Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, decision making and result oriented and follow-up skills are essential.

        - Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

·       - Have to fluent in English & Other languages such as French, Arabic will be preferable

·       - High team spirit and excellent collaborating skills

·       - No travel restriction

·       - Military service must be completed.

Key responsibilities:

·      - Setting annual sales targets, full p&l responsibility on the territory he/she is responsible for

·      - Close follow up on production demands of countries and customers he/she is responsible for

·      - Realization of sales targets in responsible countries / accounts.

·      - Determine new target markets, find potential distributors and organize the strategy to enter to the related market.

·      - Design, develop and implement market access strategies

·      - Analysis of FMCGpricing & reimbursement trends for related markets

·      - Developing marketing and promotion strategies of the products in related countries

·      - Close follow up regulatory, quality, production and logistic processes

·      - Understand customer needs and organize the needed internal communication with related departments

·      - Organize visits to the markets to meet ongoing customers and to identify up to date market research
