As one of the wellknown jerseywear, knitwear and woven wear garment production companies in Turkey, Ozon Textile has been manifacturing for its own brand Defacto, in circular knit, flat knit and woven garment groups with its Sivas and Batman factories and Bulgaria Office since 2004.

Our collections are prepared according to market trends and customer demands and each year 1200 new styles are presented.

Our R&D department has been searching and developing new fabrics, print techniques and trimmings since the establishment of the company.

With a widely experienced team Ozon Textile follows all trends about marketing, researches fabrics and trims, manages fast lead time and logistic operastions and meets customer expectations in the shortest time.

Ozon Textile follows the social compliance policies. With this sensitivity it presents its manufacturers with international standards. It is an active member of Sedex and Kal–Der associations.

Ozon Textile won the Bronze Achivement Sertificate from IHKIB in 2015, 2016 and won the Silver Achivement Setificate in 2017.

Required Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (preferably in Business, Economics, Public Finance or Industrial Engineering),
• Minimum 7 years of experience independent auditing firms (preferably in internal audit projects) or internal audit departments of Companies,
• Experienced in financial and operational internal audit, process audit, compliance audit,
• Preferably CIA / CPA certificate holder, 
• Preferably has knowledge about IFRS Reporting,
• Planning, organizing and problem solving abilities,
• Quality and result oriented, prone to teamwork, open to change and improvement, having strong time management and communication skills,
• Has no obstacle to travel within Turkey or abroad.

Main Functions;

• Specifying Internal Audit Department’s business plan and organizing the team,
• Evaluating and developing the effectiveness and efficiency of risk management, internal control and corporate governance processes,
• Identification of the potential risk areas of the company and preparation of the annual audit plan based on this risk map,
• Planning and ensuring the realization of internal audit activities regarding all business processes in the company structure,
• Actively controlling and auditing the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes and accuracy and reliability of financial practices,
• Making ad hoc audits and conducting investigation activities,
• Ensuring suggestions regarding audit findings are followed up,
• Making evaluations as a part of management consulting function and making value adding suggestions for improving effectiveness and efficiency of process analysis and controls.
