We are looking for a ‘Business Development Manager’ for our business partner in Industrial Equipment Manufacturing sector which is located in İzmir.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Export Sales Departments especially worked in/with firms fabricating Industrial Equipment or Defense Industry Equipment and Technology 
• Experience in Business Development Activities  
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering (Management / Industrial Engineering), MBA, PhD degrees will be an asset 
• Fluent in English both verbal and written 
• Good at reporting and presentation skills 
• Good at MS Office (especially in excel and powerpoint) 
• Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills 
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills 
• Strategic minded, commercial awareness and result oriented 
• No restriction for travelling

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Leading the Business development activities within Turkey and other regions to find new business opportunities 
• Maintaining current corporate business relations  
• Responsible for market research, competition comparison and all related studies 
• Attending international exhibitions
