We are looking for Export Specialists to join our Export Department.

EXPORT SPECIALIST

• University graduates from the departments of Business, Foreign Trade, International Trade, Economics, or related departments
• High planning and organizational skills
• Analytical thinking ability
• Effective communicator and writer
• A team player
• Able to find solutions to problems
• Good command of English. Arabic and French are added advantages
• Male candidates should have completed their military duties

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To carry out correspondence related to exports
• To prepare documents related to export operations
• To follow up the order processes and ensure that they are concluded without any problems
• To organize and following up the transportation and custom clearance processes
• To ensure the continuity of business relations with existing customers
• To meet the information needs of the exporting companies and to convey the reports of the transactions made to the companies
• To conduct research to reach new customers and markets
• To determine the promotional and marketing tools to be used in line with the determined customer or regional targets
• To plan and execute foreign and local exhibitions and customer visits
• To follow the developments about the relevant laws and regulations
• To prepare and present the reports of all export operations to the management
