REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a "Sales Engineer" with the following characteristics to be employed at ORAU.

• University degree in Engineering Departments (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering etc. ),
• Advanced level of English,
• 0-4 years of experience on sales or purchasing activities in a complex and challenging environment, preferably in automotive industry,
• Good communication skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills,
• High analytical mind, a can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills,
• Result oriented and self motivated,
• Problem solving abilities,
• Eager to travel abroad for international business activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supporting business development activities in determining new business development and product range strategies,
• Preparing new business development projects and investment feasibility,
• Making customer visits,
• Providing support for overseas plants in terms of sales acitivities,
  
• Analyzing customer requests,
• Calculating product costs and pricing according to customer format,
• Interact with the customer regarding costing process and pricing negotiations to affirm methods,
• Prepare all required customer paperwork in response to customer requests for quotes on existing business on time,
• Creates and maintains excellent customer business relationships,
• Cost analysis of engineering changes,
• To follow and update the prices of the customers,
• Collecting and reporting detailed information about customers in the target market,
• Ensuring the continuous improvement of business processes under the responsibility of the department with participatory approach,
• Providing support and resources for cross-functional projects carried out within the company,
• Preparing monthly sales reports.
