Human Resources Specialist

      We are in search for a "HR Specialist" to take in charge for our new company's factory to be established in Tuzla.

•      Bachelor degree or master degree from the related sections,
•      Desire to have career in Human Resources Department,
•      Good command in English is preferred,
•      Proficiency in MS Office Applications,
•      Result oriented, open minded,proactive and eager to learn,
•      Team player,have strong communication skills and disciplined working style,
•      Effective planning skills, detail oriented and good follow up skills,
•      Good at multi-tasking,
•      Previous HR specialist experience for minumum 3 years , preferably in a multinational working environment with experience in recruitment,
•      Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and Regulations,
•      Have the ability to have a global view,

Main responsibilities 

•      Arranging recruitment requests in accordance with headcount plan, clarifying position expectation with departments,
•      Recruitment of positions in line with recruitment requests,
•      Making and finalizing the evaluation stages in the recruitment process,
•      Conducting and monitoring candidate interviews,
•      Reporting of recruitment & interview processes,
•      Development and implementation of alternative assessment tools,
•      Effective use of candidate channels and development of alternative channels,
•      Keeping the candidate pool up-to-date and timely return of candidates who are evaluated negatively in the process,
•      Performing reference checks of positive candidates if needed,
•      Assists and takes responsibility in HR database and implementation of OPPO requirements,
•      Open to work as a backup for other HR services when required,
•      Supports all collagues by communicating, informing and consulting regarding policies and standards and prepares information and documents,
•      Performs day to day processing of HR requests for related HR services.
