QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DEFINITION

 

·         Monitors and analyses category/channel, competition and consumer market data in order to provide base for the business opportunities,

·         Analyze the opportunities and threats in the sales / distribution channels of the product group to which it is responsible, to develop short and long term trade marketing strategies,

·         Monitoring the ROI's of the in-store activities and remaining within the limits of categories ROI target,

·         Propose Store Plans and Category Management solutions (shop navigation, visual communication inside/outside the shop, product category shelf/space management)

·         Analyses and improves future impacts on promotions and the impacts on Trade spend and profitability,

·         Develop – under the management of Trade Marketing Manager and co-operation with the Channel Sales Managers - promotional mechanism/concept meaningful for customers and consumers/shoppers

·         Implement and execute regional/customer based promotions

·         Propose, manage and control the Merchandising budget

Qualifications

·         Min 2 years of trade marketing / consumer marketing experience (in the Consumer Marketing/Trade Marketing Department in a FMCG company or retail business )

·         Passion for trade marketing, knowledge of trade marketing aspects and their impact on the business

·         Knowledge of current trade marketing trends, preferably on the consumer market

·         Some knowledge of promotional mechanism relevant to different channel types (Traditional, Modern and Medical/Pharmacy)

·         Strong analytical skills

·         Energetic, organized and business-driven approach

·         Strong attitude and ability to work in a multi-culture environment

·         Good organizational and planning skills
