Maintenance & Development Engineer

We are looking for a "Maintenance & Development Engineer” for our international client in Automotive Industry.

• University degrees from reputable universities and Electrical/Electronic Engineering departments,
• Experienced in improvement projects on manufacturing systems
• Experienced in PLC programming, preferably Allen Bradley,
• 2 years of experience in maintenance activities is an asset,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,
• Adding value to our organization and competent in teamwork,
• Ability to discover and implement innovative approaches and enthusiasm for learning,
• Strong communication skills,
• Living in or able to live in Kocaeli.

İŞ TANIMI

• Conducting development projects (factory expansion, new investments, project based improvements) and maintenance activities within the scope of engineering directorate activities,
• Determine new machinery investment and/or existing machinery improvement requirements,
• Estimate budget and prepare schedule for determined investment and improvement projects,
• Make research and design for new machinery and/or existing machinery improvement,
• Prepare technical specifications and purchase request,
• Evaluate technical specs and price of machinery/service quoted by different vendors,
• Supervise installation of new machinery and/or existing machinery improvement systems,
• Follow performance and take immediate counteractions against problems for new machinery,
• Provide necessary documentation, spare parts, and training for new machinery and systems to facilitate smooth operation in the future.
