We are looking for a “Training Supervisor” who will be responsible for our new hotel investment to be opened in Fethiye/Göcek.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields, (Business Administration, Hospitality Management etc.),
• At least 3 years experience in a similar position,
• Experience working in tourism sector,
• Excellent command of written & spoken English,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team,
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently,
  
• Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments,
• Adapting to flexible working hours,
• Living or able to live in Fethiye,
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Determining the training needs of department employees and planning the trainings,
• Design and implement training programs in accordance with hotel policies and procedures,
• To train new employees from the recruitment process and ensure their adaptation,
• Identifying department-specific training needs in cooperation with department managers,
• Preparing and updating training materials; presentations, training booklets, videos, etc. to create,
• To evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and collect feedback to improve if necessary,
• Continuously monitoring employees' skill and knowledge levels and providing retraining or additional support when necessary.
