QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The NXT GROUP is an international market expansion service provider and for our division NXT TRADE and it’s office in Istanbul we are looking for a passionate and sales driven candidate who has a solid experience in FMCG (food and non-food) sales within the Turkish market.
Must have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development in offline and/or online FMCG Retail sales
- Track- record and network at Turkish offline and/ or online retailers
- Experience and understanding of full sales cycle including deal closing and adding on referral sales
- experience in cross selling and up-selling
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- experience with CRM software, Project Management Software (e.g. Capsule, Toggl)
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (incl.cold sales)
experience in managing collaterals, branding and positioning is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for offline and online retail sales and overall business development
- following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings, negotiating, and closing business relationships on behalf of our partners
- negotiate on placement, listings and margins with retail chains
- identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services to increase customer satisfaction
- conduct's regular and systematic customer visits according to work plan and customer coverage -PAN Turkey
- Plan and coordinate promotional activities
- Ensure supply and stock report
- finding and representing the company at trade shows, on committees, and related industry conferences to build the network
- Work very closely with Distributors, business owners to meet sales targets month wise, geography/salesperson wise, brand and pack wise as relevant in line
- planning, preparing and conducting presentations whenever required
- maintain consistent contract with existing clients and get referrals
- effective and on time management of sales pipeline
- analyse market and establish competitive advantages
- report to the management on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- providing NXT and partner management with market feedback
