Novo Nordisk is looking for a Human Resources Intern who wishes to pursue an internship experience in pharmaceutical sector!

About the department

As People and Organisation Department, our goal is to provide a work environment which is essential for individuals to gain a life-changing career. We support organizational and individual development, work to enrich and enlarge Novo Nordisk organization culture, and ensure consistency of people practices across the organization. We work closely with our business partners and focus on their needs.

The job

With due recognition of Novo Nordisk vision, values and policies and in accordance with Novo Nordisk Turkey’s strategies and business objectives, Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting daily operations of People and Organisation Department.

Qualifications

• You should have a university degree or be a graduate program student
• You should be able to work 5 days per week for min. 6 months
• Proficient level of English and Excel skills, strong relationship-building skills, easy-learner and a team-player, organized and using time affectively, highly adaptable and friendly, attention to details are the competencies needed.
• You should have willingness to work in pharmaceutical industry.
