Finance Business Partner in Istanbul

The Position
As Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate financial reporting, planning, control and analysis, while partnering with affiliate business units, commercial and other cross-functional teams.
Your main accountabilities will be:
• You will act as a strong finance business partner to the Line of Business, providing challenging business proposals, preparing financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making
• You will ensure accurate financial and management reporting to drive growth and ensure proper resource allocation
• You will lead and coordinate departments with budget planning and preparations by providing templates, checking data, and communicating different insights
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and identify areas for improvement
• You will ensure the NERM is acting in line with the company’s financial ambitions and targets, propose mitigating/corrective actions when necessary to achieve targets
• You will maintain effective internal controls and compliance with financial policies and regulations

Qualifications
As a Finance Business Partner, you need to have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. In addition, you need to have a solid knowledge of finance within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
To be successful in this role:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics; Postgraduate or master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in core financial planning and analysis, financial business controlling, and business partnering roles
• Experienced handling of SAP ERP, and other business intelligence solutions (BW etc. )
• Excellent command in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in the English language both written and spoken
