QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, industrial engineering, business, system analysis with related business discipline experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of business analysis experience in Health Industry
- Strong analytical skills, documentation experience & skills
- Health regulation know-how is required,
- PL/SQL knowledge (stored Procedures/Functions/Triggers/Package/Type & Table Type Objects etc...),
- Experience on web service integrations
- Analysis experience,
- Excellent communication capability,
- Planning, organizing, prioritization and problem solving skills
- Must have successfully coordinated or run multiple analysis & needs simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of software testing from test plan development to reliable and verifiable test case development and results.
- Proven ability to work with diverse groups.
- Ability to organize and analyze detailed information, manage timelines, dependencies, deliverables.
- Excellent communication capability and strong planning ,organizing and problem solving skills
- Negotiation and conflict management skills
- Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, deliverables, milestones and resource allocation and management.
Job Description
- The primary role of the analyst is to ensure that business & system processes and supporting systems continue to meet business stakeholder needs. This position is a key position between the technical IT Development staff that implements solutions and the line-of-business staff. This individual provides solutions to business in generating legacy-reporting, audits, regulatory changes, designing new functionalities in the core systems. Also responsible for defining, planning, tracking the demands & projects in the track. In addition, this individual is responsible for working with all IT and business units members and heads. This position deals with the discovering, validating, documenting, testing and communicating business related knowledge through modeling, simulating and analyzing current and future states. The individual follows the health regulation updates & changes to prepare the workflow and analysis for core.
- This individual maintains excellent communication with upper management both within and across organizations to ensure successful demand & project implementations. The focus for position is driving organizational effectiveness and accountability and equally serves with the Project Management, Application Development, IT System & Operations, and business clients facilitating planning, prioritization and collaboration between groups.
- Assignments throughout the team in order to effectively utilize resources
- Evaluates and recommends planning & testing processes
- Discusses / Meets with managers and other key partners and stakeholders to provide technical advice and resolve problems
- Ensures the decisions are well informed and aligned with business goals & consultation of application design and solution tradeoffs
- Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and advice alternatives in short-term and/or long-term planning.
- Proactively resolves conflicts among team (Health TPA / NN / Agito) members and functional teams
- Translating NN business strategy/need into health application & platform
- Provides clear communication to all stakeholders in business & IT units
- Lead the prioritization and planning of the CHI team items & regulation projects
- Health Insurance regulation evaluation and SAGMER know-how
- Provide direction and support to business items & other team managers
- Ensure the quality of the health analysis in terms of the NN Standards.
- Ensure regular and ad/hoc reports are made to management teams about progress of the track
