General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Foreign Trade, International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics and equivalent,

• Experience for minimum 5 years in foreign trade transactions and in services for international sales, good knowledge of foreign trade legislation,

• Knowledge of import-export transactions, letter of credit, customs and logistics operation processes,

• Knowledge of shipment operations, capability of doing necessary international transportation organization and planning,

• English proficiency in both writing and speaking, preferably in upper-intermediate and advanced level,

• Advanced planning, tracking and reporting skills.

• Computer skills for effective use of MS Office programs and ERP systems,

• Strong communication skills, good articulation.

 

Job description

• Carrying out export transactions and operations in a planned manner by working in coordination with the sales team,

• Leading the communication for orders to be prepared for shipment, working in coordination with production units for accurate order planning and supporting the sales team

• Carrying out foreign trade operation processes, preparing and following up the necessary documents,

• Ensuring effective communication management with customers for accurate and timely delivery of products and necessary foreign trade documents,

• Planning the shipment organization,

• Providing data for the optimum supply plan for both customer and company needs through effective shipment plan tracking and regular reporting.
