QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Who you are:

You are a skilled Help Desk Specialist who has an advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware systems, excellent diagnostic skills, and high-level communication skills. You are passionate about technology and helping people. You enjoy a lot modifying hardware systems, playing around computer peripherals, and performing computer maintenance.

 What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as a single point of contact on behalf of the Company for IT related technical issues in an remote environment

  • Evaluating, prioritizing and responding to incidents and service requests in a timely manner to assist users for experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking and other computer-related technologies

  • Keeping up-to-date on all Service Desk/ Help Desk processes and troubleshooting procedures

  • Keeping informed employees as well as management on the status of current resolution efforts

  • Maintaining hardware and software inventory 

  • Communicating with 3rd Parties for periodic service reports

 What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related IT field or related experience preferred

  • Knowledge on Windows devices, MS Office, Azure Active Directory, Intune, MacOS, Google G-Suite on fundamental level

  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to support end-user devices

  • Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users

  • Very good command of spoken and written English

 What Will Be a Plus:

  • Good understanding IT Service Management and having ITIL Foundation certification 

  • 2 years of experience working in an international environment

  • Basic knowledge about Patch Management, PIM, PAM, IDS, IPS. 

  • Curiosity about cloud technologies and services like AWS, Azure

  • Capability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines

  • Work with all levels of management and staff

  • Exemplary human relations and communication skills

  • Good judgement and decision-making

  • Teamwork and collaboration

 Location: Remote or Netsparker Istanbul Office/Ataşehir
