Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are currently looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Nestlé Health Science Team, who will mainly be responsible for preparing registration files, follow-up applications and ensuring approvals of Food Supplements and other Consumer Care products of NHS business.

• University degree from relevant fields (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy)
• At least 4-5 years of experience in regulatory operations of Food Supplements to be approved by Ministry of Agriculture, in terms of Food Supplements and other related products, is required
• Having demonstrated experience in successfully managing difficult Regulatory processes administered by  Ministry of Agriculture in terms of Food Supplements and other related products, is required
• Experiences in approval processes of other OTC products under the responsibility of Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Health is an asset
• Excellent communication and networking skills, proactive & solution-oriented mindset as well as a teamwork approach will be strongly preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Be responsible for regulatory operations to maintain current permits of all related products approved by Ministry of Agriculture & Ministry of Health (where needed)
• Be in close contact with Ministry of Agriculture & Ministry of Health for networking and smooth approval of ongoing applications
• Ensure all product formulations and labels are in line with related regulations of Ministry of Agriculture & Ministry of Health
• Provide regulatory intelligence on current and up-coming regulatory environment on Food Supplements and other CC products
• Ensure all product labels are prepared in line with regulations & Nestle requirements
• Ensure alignment of the labels with marketing and medical teams before, during and after submissions (when required)
• Give guidance to internal teams on possible registration timelines, expected hurdles and suggested solutions to ensure timely approvals
• Be responsible for the approval of marketing materials for related products under his/her responsibility
