QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a Digital Specialist to join our Nestlé Health Science Team, who will mainly be responsible for rolling-out NHSc regional digital environment to Turkish Market in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- University degree
- At least 1 year of digital experience, Social Media and/or E-commerce
- Ability to analyze, interpret and react to real-time trends and data; track record in delivering digital marketing projects
- Strategic vision on digital brand development
- Project management skills
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Involved in Social Listening (Radian, Google Trend, Google Analytics); and Digital Media Buying (SEM) and SEO
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build up, manage and refresh digital projects for consumer care and medical nutrition businesses with new & innovative ideas
- Lead localization of NHSc digital ecosystem as per regional digital strategy
- Work with regional hub in localizing regional campaigns
- Report on digital activities to Head of Marketing & Business Development Manager and regional hub
- Work closely with regional team to devise strategies to drive online traffic to the NHSc websites; track conversion rates and make improvements to the strategy
- Utilize a range of techniques including paid and organic search, YouTube and display advertising
- Localize regional content assets to be published on local platform
- Contribute, update and execute local digital strategy in alignment with global digital road map (including social media and web content)
- Informed decision making based on assessing new consumer / shopper trends through real-time data mining and interpretation of data
- Maximize business value by using digital to drive cross functional (Marketing, Sales, Corporate Communications, Consumer Service) collaboration, sharing and where appropriate integration
- Have direct consumer interaction through real-time interactions (cRM, social media platforms, etc.)
- Deliver and execute digital best practices and frameworks (via training, online sharing platforms and other means)
- Adopt digital environment and applications to healthcare business
- Assess and present data analysis, competitor analysis and propose customer solutions accordingly
- Select and manage key partners, agencies, suppliers and platforms against digital plan
