We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our  Sales  team.

 

Location: Erzurum (Responsible for Ağrı, Kars, Erzincan ,Iğdır, Ardahan)

 

Type of contract: Permanent

 

As a Sales Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

  

  • You will be  responsible to define and execute Joint Business Plan (JBP) in line with ICP for assigned customers to drive the overall business                  
  • You will be  responsible to ensure achievement of agreed Customer (s) targets/KPIs                                                        
  • You will be  responsible to facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.                                                       
  • You will be  responsible to ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies                                            
  • You will be  responsible to collaborate with Regional Sales team, including Key Accounts team, for effective customer management (sharing best practices  in terms of merchandising and trade activities)                                                    
  • You will be  responsible coach, motivate and develop Distributors’ sales representative(s)                                           

 

                                

Which profile are we looking for?

 

  • At least 3 years in Field Sales, Customer Management
  • Understands all sales functions i.e. CDT, Customer, Field
  • Has demonstrated success in previous roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people
