OUR BUSINESS

First of all, it is listening to dermatologists, scientific researchers from around the world, pharmacists and patients suffering from various skin conditions. Then, it is studying the biological processes specific to human skin, analysing its reactions and understanding the causes of problems. Next, it is coming up with effective solutions to treat skin conditions, always while respecting the skin's natural biology. Lastly, it is having dermatologists validate our treatments before making them available in dispensaries.
This is the role of the production, logistics, marketing and communications departments and all the teams who uphold innovations and guarantee their success.

Job Description; 

We are seeking a long term CRM intern to lead and work on Marketing CRM projects with a focus on CRM and Digital Projects integrations.

• Attends project meetings and keeps meeting minutes, follows up tasks.
• Tracks, updates and reports CRM data for marketing actions.
• Assists all processes of CRM based digital projects. (Loyalty Program, B2B Portals, Sales Force Applications).
• Responds to complaints from all platforms related to loyalty program, B2B portals and sales force applications.
• Supports the field teams related to all projects based on CRM.
• Supports campaigns, monitors roll-out, works with internal stakeholders to develop target criteria and evaluation metrics, measures and reports results.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students currently in their 4th year or in their 1st year of a graduate program.
• Able to work 5 days a week. 
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, team-player, self-managed, assertive, result-oriented, proactive and able to work with deadlines.
• Customer-centric approach & strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills; in particular Excel & PowerPoint.
• CRM and E-Commerce related work experience is a strong plus.
