• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, User Experience Design, Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering or similar fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a UX Researcher,
• Deep knowledge of research methods and tools for conducting research across devices and markets - including remote studies, lab and field studies, competitive benchmarking, diary studies, heuristic evaluations, survey research, and beyond. Experience conducting semi-structured interviews, contextual field visits, A/B testing,
• Working knowledge of statistics and research study design,
• Experience with design and prototyping tools,
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar etc.),
• Experience working on fast-paced research projects and bringing products to market,
• Strong ability to work independently as well as in groups,
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal,
• Strong knowledge of statistics and research study design.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design and conduct research studies with customers and internal stakeholders on various projects ranging from front-end exploratory research to concept validation,
• Methodologies include interviews, task workflow observation, and usability studies,
• Collect data, synthesize it into actionable insights, and disseminate findings to various teams,
• Create personas and workflows, research reports and artifacts (like day-in-the-life scenarios), and use case documents to help deepen organizational understanding of our users. Uncover actionable insights, customer pain points, trends and patterns,
• Collaborate on planning, identifying UX priorities and requirements with product owners to create sophisticated standout functionality, user flows and experiences, whilst identifying with and challenging the current IT capabilities,
• A/B testing,
• Communicate insights to key stakeholders on a regular basis in alignment with business milestones,
• Collaborate on a regular basis with designers, engineers, and data scientists on envisioning exercises based on research insights.
