We are looking for a ''Human Resources Business Parner'' to join our team.


Job Description:

  • Responsible of all the HR functions (mostly organizational development),
  • Organizing HR action plans and developing strong relations between company and employees,
  • Work effectively within the department & across departments and understand requirements and propose, 
  • Assist and lead when needed various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives,
  • Design measurement mechanisms and reporting tools.


Requirements:

  • 4 - 5 years of experience on all functions of HR,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Strong analytical skills, 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills,
  • Desire to make process improvements,
  • Good problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills,
  • Strong communications skills,
  • Proficiency in MS applications.
