QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching HSE Supervisors for the works we have been performing on Bakü - Tiflis - Ceyhan; (Baku - Tbilisi - Ceyhan ) BTC Boru Pipeline.
General Qualifications
- Good English skill in speaking and writing
- Candidates need to have experience on Oil and Gas sector.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is preferred
- Good understanding of the contract scope
- Preparing reports according to Client recommendations
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and environmental regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
Job Description
- Job will be performed in our Ankara office and on site (on BTC pipeline route) according to work schedule.
- Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement
- Provide training to employees on QHSE practices and promote a culture of safety and quality awareness
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address QHSE issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and present reports on QHSE performance to management and regulatory authorities
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, and ensure organizational compliance
- Participate in emergency response planning and lead QHSE-related emergency drills
