Purpose of the job 

The purpose of the Asst. Finance Manager role is manage the related Finance work at Meeting Point Turkey to ensure that the workload is appropriately prioritized and delegated in accordance with the business needs. This will include monitoring performance and productivity as well as supporting the development of the team and overseeing the administrative, financial and risk management functions to ensure the presentation and reporting of accurate and timely financial information. This role also assist to Director of Finance and CFO for all related reposrt / presentation.

About you 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and/or a tertiary level of education with proper accounting qualifications. Professional accounting body certification preferred. 
• Minimum 4 years of work experience, with a reputable multinational. Minimum 2 years experience similar role. 
• Extensive experience in cash following / controlling, management reporting, 
• Excellent command of the English language, 
• Familiarity with SAP and other relevant IT systems, 
• Ability to manage change and cope with multiple tasks whilst working to tight deadlines, 
• Sound analytical skills and experience translating a strategic vision into an operational model,
• Ability to effectively trouble shoot problems and work collaboratively within a team environment, 
• Highly motivated and flexible, Clearly and concisely convey information orally or in writing to individuals or groups to ensure that they understand the information and the message,
• Must have a very good knowledge of computerized accounting systems,
• Very good command over written and spoken English,
• Ability to interpret all types of financial data requested by the management
