QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Spektr Hotel Bodrum (30 rooms) requires a General Manager. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Development of the concept, strategy and promotion plan for the hotel and restaurants;
  • Work planning and budget execution, reporting to the head office;
  • Organization and direct participation in sales, work with customers and their feedback;
  • Drafting and development of customer service standards, regulations;
  • Market analysis and prediction of demand for services;
  • Organization of events, promotions, quality control;
  • Organization of the effective interaction between structural units;
  • Hotel staff management (recruitment, direct participation in the selection of candidates for managerial positions of departments, development of requirements for them and responsibilities, inform candidates about the basics of business policy, training, motivation, ability to set tasks and control their implementation);
  • Solving administrative and financial issues, working with suppliers, interaction with regulatory authorities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher education (Hotel industry, Management, Economics).
  • Successful experience as a Hotel Manager/Director in the hotel business for at least 5 years (boutique hotels, not near the sea).
  • Experience of promoting hotels and attracting customers is required.
  • Experience of organizing and conducting MICE is required, starting with the creation of the product.
  • Turkish - fluent, English – fluent, Russian or German – upper-intermediate (preferably).
  • Knowledge of Turkish legislation in the field of hotel business.
  • Advanced PC user: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Fidelio, Micros.
  • Management skills:

           - good management (to set tasks clearly, to motivate, to inspire, to control, to train               and to help);
           - good organization (to organize, to solve problems);
           - ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them.

           - Professional and respectful attitude to colleagues.


CONDITIONS

  • Place of work: Spektr Hotel Bodrum, Turkey, Yalikavak, Yalikavak mah. 26. Sok. No:5/A-B-C-D, Bodrum, Mugla
  • Working hours: 6/1
  • Trial period: 2 months
  • Salary: from 7 000 TRY + bonus from the result
