• Bachelor's degree,
• 2-4 years of experience in one of the following areas: Logistics, Distribution, or Manufacturing,
• Good Level of English,
• Should be PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office and preferably SAP,
• Good communication skills,
• Good analytical thinking skills,
• Team working and customer oriented mindset

İŞ TANIMI

• Establishes production schedules at optimum cost and efficiency across multiple lines,
• Ensures plant compliance to schedule targets are met or exceeded,
• Provide data to show impact of missed targets,
• Analyze inventory levels and provide details around stock coverage for distribution,
• Review capacity and provide direction on need for overtime,
• Analyze sales forecast and provide feedback to operations and marketing,
• Distribute and post production schedule to all departments,
• Update and communicate effectively changes to schedule,
• Communicates with Operations, Procurement, Distribution, and vendors to coordinate production and shipping activities, and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays,
• Contributes to Operations problem solving and planning as required. Serves as functional resource for all Operations oriented problems,
• CTS Reason Coding,
• Bulk Planning (Internal Need) – SFG,
• Weekly Preparing Material Check File for all Plant,
• Declaration of Preliminary Production Plan,,
• Converting PPDS to PO orders and scheduling them
• Export Order split,
• Tracking and revision of process orders within the week
