Which competences do we expect?

• Providing the requirement of being at least a university graduate in Engineering or Statistics
• 0-3 years of working experience in Quality 
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and having ISO 9001 internal audit certification 
• Proficient application of core Quality Engineering tools/ principles, industry best practices and recognition for technical expertise (Ex, 5Why, fishbone, PDCA, 6 sigma, Lean manufacturing, 5S)
• Proficiency in English - both spoken and written
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• High attention to information sharing and Quality of Work
• Good at conflict management, comprehension and planning
• Effective communication skills, prone to teamwork 
• Having completed military service for male candidates

What will be your responsibilities and duties?

• Prepares the supplier audit plan every year and submits it to management approval
• Audits the quality management systems of all suppliers at least once a year
• Prepares audit report at the end of each audit
• Plans follow-up inspections when necessary
• Prepares the suppliers' scorecards and publishes them to the suppliers in the first week of each month
• Prepares the Supplier quality report for the monthly quality meeting and shares it with the specialist
• Manages the approval process of the changes made on the supplier side, together with the relevant departments, and plans and implements process audit when necessary
• Evaluates the suppliers' applications for special approval together with Incoming Quality Control team and leads the management of the process
• Monitors suppliers' quality performance and supports Incoming Quality Control team and superiors in corrective and preventive actions to deal with any quality issues.
