 Which competences do we expect?

• Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines like Business Administration, Economics, and Finance Accounting etc.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in  General Accounting field 
  
• Strong knowledge and experience of general accounting of manufacturer
• Fluent in English - both verbal and written
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Strong knowledge and experience of SAP
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
• Strong knowledge and experience about Turkish GAAP, IFRS and Tax Legislation
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to manage team and supervise the results
• Proactively and respectfully addresses issues and concerns directly and honestly
• Quickly understands the need to change his/her behaviours towards human relationships, and individual and managerial behaviors
• Treats all people with dignity and respect
• Male candidates must have completed military service

What will be your responsibilities and duties?

• Manages incoming/out coming invoice
• Controls and monitors temporary account
• Monitors and analyzes accounting data and produces financial reports or statements
• Coordinates and completes annual audits
• Conducts daily data entry, bookings and cash transactions
• Meets financial accounting objectives
• Prepares and analyses the periodic management reporting of financial results
• Conducts relationship with financial institutions and banks, manages daily bank transactions
• Conducts relationship with tax consulting company and outsourced booking company
• Improves systems and procedures and initiates corrective actions
• Follows credit administration, operations, month and end year process
• Manages the budget process and incentive process
