The ideal candidate should be graduated from reputable universities in Industrial, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering departments. Candidates with min. 3 years of experience in related will be selected. Experience in FMEA, Process Flow, Problem Solving Techniques knowledge are necessary. Candidates with dynamic personality and analytic thinking capabilities will be preferred. Fluency in English is a MUST.

İŞ TANIMI

• Development of production methods of gas turbines used in aviation and energy fields,
  ?Design and implementation of process plans and production processes,
• Creation of project folders for the parts to be commissioned, checks of necessary instructions related to the part,
• Informing the relevant departments prior to the commencement of mass production of the commissioned part,
• Monitoring progress throughout the project, ensuring inter-departmental coordination,
• Monitoring and control of engineering and part traveler system within the scope of aviation quality standards requirements
• Conducting the solution of quality problems related to production and MRB activities in coordination with quality and manufacturing departments,
• Performing production technologies and method analyzes, and carrying out improvement activities within this scope,
• Machining of machining or sheet metal parts such as new equipment, machine / tool commissioning,
• New tool selection, fixture improvement, cutting method modification, improving production times or reducing losses related to mass production parts,
• Reporting on revision and improvement activities at weekly meetings.
