QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelor's/Vocational School degree Experience in a similar position is an asset 

 -Good command of written and spoken English (plus another European language is an asset) 

 -Solution-oriented, team player 

 -Strong communication and analytical skills 

 -Flexible and able to work various shifts if required 

 -Complete military service or postponed for at least two years (for male candidates)

JOB DESCRIPTION

 -Checking and taking actions on the loss notifications received from in-house operation systems

 -Cancelling or selling all the transactions (refundable and non-refundable)

 -In order to have cancellations free of charge, negotiating with providers and hotels

 -Increasing recovery rate after canceling non-refundable bookings 

 -Increase the recovery rate to maximum levels. (Cancel, amend or sale).

 - Detect the errors and assign the issues to the related department 

 -Minimizing loss amount and ratio 

 -To give feedback to both Manager and team members
