The person to work at the cement grinding plant in North Africa

Main duties & Responsibilities:

 
  Manage development and implementation of Business strategy.

•   Regular performance analysis report and financial reports against targets Company profitability
•    Responsible for the development and execution of annual operating plans.
•   Oversees the development and supervises the execution of Capital Expenditure plans
•    Reviews cost reports to locate excessive expenses and takes necessary corrective action.
•    Maintain high net Profit for the company (to target targeted)

  Oversee day-to-day operations.

  Keep in contact with local authorities to collect necessary permits and licenses on regular basis

  Expand the established marketing system & maintain effective relation with the local customers.

  Develop external relationships & partnerships and represent the company.

  Manage the legal matters.

  Oversee the recruitment and training of new employees.

  Proactively manage the health & safety of employees to continuously improve the company's health & safety performance.

  Contribute to the financial, legal, social and technological advancement of the company.
 
Requirements
 
  Prior experience with increasingly responsible positions within the cement industry minimum 8 years of experience required.
  Prior experience in a management position within the cement industry strongly desired.
  Knowledge of the industry, marketing, customers and quality products.
  Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.).
  Bachelor's degree in Mining, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration discipline or the equivalent degree from respectable universities relevant work experience
  Communicate effectively both English and Arabic/French orally and in writing.
  Ability to work coordinated with the Board of Directors
  Ability to represent the company
  Ability to take prompt decision and actions
  Trade-oriented approach
