The world's leading wheel manufacturer Maxion Wheels is looking forHRIS Analyst - Human Resources Information System Analystfor ourMaxion Jantas plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Human Resources
• Minimum 3 years experience in SAP HR (PA) and Success Factors: Recruitment, Onboarding ,Performance and Employee Center modules and took part in at least 2 projects
• Knowledge of HRIS ( Human resources Information Systems) and experience of end user support about Success Factors modules
• Experience in testing and launching SAP Success Factors modules and / or Human Resources package software
• Strong Project management and Change Leadership
• Excellent knowledge of Reporting Software tools
• Preferably knowledge of SQL and or any similar database programming language
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong customer service orientation Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with team members from various business functions
• Able to travel abroad

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implementation of globally-oriented HR projects and applications
• Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes
• Assist HR Function in HR projects implementation
• Test, launch and update HRMS (Human REsources Management Systems) related to SAP Success Factors modules
• Analysis of HRMS-related processes and design of the relevant workflow
• Ensures integration functionality.
• End User Upport for related Sucess Factors modules
• Write, maintain and support a variety of reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation to support system trainings.
• Assist in training new system users.
