We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our Dispatch Department in Antalya Airport.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably graduated from related 4-year,minimum 2 years Associate Degree departments of universities,
• Minimum Associate degree in Civil Aviation is preferred,
• Have good reading, writing and speaking English language proficiency,
• Emphasis on teamwork and strong communication skills,
• Having OCC department experience minimum 2 years,
• Permit, slot and scheduling experience
• Capable of taking initiative when necessary.
• Ready for working flexible hours on a shift basis,
• For male candidates who have completed their military service,
• There is no situation preventing him/her from working abroad.
• Preferably residing in Antalya or being able to reside in Antalya.
  
  
  

TASK DESCRIPTION

• To ensure that the daily operation is carried out on time by working in coordination with the relevant departments of the OCC Department.
• Knowledge, experience and skill for the licensing of flight dispatchers required are detailed in Turkish DGCA Regulation-SHY: UHU “Uçuş Harekat Uzmanı (Dispeçer) Lisans Yönetmeliği” and ICAO Annex 1 Personnel Licensing,
• The applicant shall meet the medical requirements for shift work,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Good coordination and communication skills,
• Able to work under stress and has the ability manage work load,
• Preparing flight plans according weather reports (including METARs, TAFs, weather charts etc), NOTAMs, MEL/CDL items and other company requirements,
• Filing ATC Flight Plan and follow up,
• Preflight briefing of the crew,
• Distributing flight plans
• Re-routing flight as necessary, calculating appropriate fuel loads,
• Ensuring compliance with the Company Operations Manuals.
• Perform flight watch from departure to destination till terminate of flight.
• Making daily permit, slot, overflight permit applications, changes and cancellations.
• Coordination with ground suppliers and internal units.
• Schedule planning and changes ability.
• To take necessary measures by acting proactively and coordinating with relevant units within the scope of disruptions.
• Process daily operation tasks according to applicable work procedures.
• Monitor services on timeline and get confirmations quickly.
• Monitor flights on timeline and solve any issue immediately to avoid possible delay.
• Other tasks in line with job scope and report to the relevant Manager(s).
