Tasks

• Management of approx.100 employees working in 2/3 shifts 
• Planning and supervision of the overall production process and ensuring the smooth, high-quality and timely supply to all customers
• Staff employment and capacity planning
• Implementing the relevant European production standards and integrating specific customer requirements into the production process
• Recognizing problems, analyzing the causes of problems, introducing corrective measures and identifying optimization opportunities
• Initiating and managing projects for process improvement, technology development, and quality and efficiency enhancement
• Ensuring the continuous improvement of staff qualifications and the regular implementation of training programs
• Playing a leading role in the introduction of IT-supported supervision and planning processes in production and logistics
• Responsible of the Maintenance activities,
• Integration and further development of lean manufacturing principles
• Determining KPIs, and establishing a system for the provision of regular reports to the management
• Responsible for occupational safety, order and cleanliness

• Possessing a degree in technical studies or vocational training, along with additional qualifications as either a master craftsman, technician or business economist
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Ideally experienced in the manufacture of elastomer products
• Experienced in integrated production systems and lean management methods
• Experienced in dealing with European production standards
• Strong leadership qualities, persuasive and assertive skills
• Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP- and MES systems)
• Fluent in English,
• Male Candidates must have Military exemption or have completed their Task.
