Sales Director (FMCG)

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 
• 20+ years related experience, including 10+ years of managerial sales experience in traditional, modern and key account channel in FMCG industry, 
• General management and team-building experience, 
• Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Prior experience developing and delivering sales plans, 
• Strategic, conceptual and tactical sales skills, 
• Ability to achieve revenue and profitably objectives on a sustainable basis, 
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, 
• Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results. 
• Ability to travel,

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop winning business strategies for all trade channels and supervise sales team including but not limited to: field visits, field territory development, sales planning, accountability measures and follow up activities,
• Organization lead on Joint Business Plans, 
• Oversight and management of sales program implementations, 
• Sales analysis to determine outpoints and opportunities, as well as, enforce accountability,
• Ensure that the sales department operates within appropriate budget parameters to achieve expected results,
• Evaluate and redefine assigned accounts and territories, 
• Proactively pursue new distribution opportunities across categories,
• Follow up on regular sales reports and hold monthly business review Management Team,
