Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience with 4 years of management experience
• Experience in SDLC
• Experience in end2end project roll out following up project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid),
• Experience on monitoring tools. APM, Critical services monitoring etc.
• Have good people skills and the ability to interact and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Must be a champion for pushing IT standards, procedures, policies, and best practices to the infrastructure team
• Knowledge and capability of building “The Project Scope” and “Project Management Plan” based on defined business requirements or system improvement opportunities,
• Experience in MSSQL and Mongo DB,
• Strong knowledge on ERP systems. (Nebim V3 experience is big plus)
• Have a strong hands-on/technical knowledge of information security systems (DLP, Data masking etc. )
• Knowledge in web applications and user interfaces, Web API & Restful/SOAP Web services,
• PMP certification is a big plus,
• Excellent written and verbal communication both in Turkish and English,
• No military service restriction for male candidates.
• Experience working with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure),
• Experience in analytic and business intelligence tools.
• Experience in .Net technologies.

 Job Description:

• Deliver an integrated business system solution and implement it for Retail,
• Responsible for delivering digital transformation projects in timely, cost-effective manner,
• Following up PM methodologies and building up project management plans,
• Lead the project team, and/or nominated individuals from merchandising, operations, warehousing, finance, HR, Audit or other functions.
• Determining customer and business needs, controls and follows up software development processes, infrastructure reporting activities and ensures those systems’ improvement
• Responsible for creating and managing Information Security, Cyber Security, Backup, Disaster systems in line with Madame Coco Infrastructure & Systems.
• Responsible for management IT Team as well as all IT related day-to-day operations throughout the company.
