REQUIREMENTS

·         Minimum university diploma,

·         Minimum 4 years  experience in a 5 star hotel or  similar position,

·         Fluency in English,

·         Second language skills an advantage,

·         Building teamwork,

·         Good Interpersonal Skills,

DUTIES AND RESPONSILITIES

·         Having good product knowledge of all food, beverage products

·         Supports the day-to-day operation of the outlet

·         Ensures the set-up and clearance is done according to set standard.

·         Communicate with the guest according to the standards set by Maçakızı Restaurant.

·         Presenting the menu, making recommendations and taking orders.

·         Serving food and beverage items and ensuring prompt service.

·         Follow up on billing and checking procedures.

·         Co-ordinate and assist the clearing of tables and stations.

·         Attend communication meeting, briefings and training sessions as scheduled

·         To keep uniform neat and clean and ensure good personal grooming and hygiene in accordance to the standards of Maçakızı Hotel.

·         Greeting guests and establish rapport in order to ensure guest satisfaction
