We are currently looking for a department assistant to join our Sales Units in our Bursa Office. We are eager to meet the candidates who see their career in operations and want to be a part of this successful team.

• University graduate or undergraduate
• Must have excellent command of both written and spoken Russian&English
• Advanced computer knowledge
• A good team player with outstanding communication skills
• Eager to learn and share knowledge with people
• Set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines
• Willingness and potential for learning and development
• Positive attitude, high personal responsibility, ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Practical, detail oriented and capable person, able to perform the job with accuracy
• Solid understanding of personal responsibility, hardworking
• Analytical mind with strong planning, organization and administrative skills
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Previous experience on Customer Service, Foreign Trade and Export Operations(preferably)

İŞ TANIMI

• Following up daily stock list and sharing with sales department,
• Preparing weekly sales data, reports and sharing with sales department,
• Being in charge of all sales support functions,
• Following up operational issues with and other affiliates.
• An understandings of Incoterms and Shipping Terminology,
• Be the central link between the customer, internal&external operations and account managers to ensure local and export customers needs
• Prepare necessary documents( Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, AWB etc...)
• Periodicaly inform and update customers regarding to their order status
