• BS or MS degree in Computer/Software/Electronics/Mathematics Engineering or related fields.
• Deep agile expertise; strong understanding of servant leadership, the Agile Manifesto's values and principles.
• Coach and mentor team on Agile process to improve understanding and efficiency.
• Experience with Benchmarking, KPIs/Metrics, Agile Assessments, Health Checks and Management Reporting
• Problem solving and coaching skills
• Experienced in Software Development processes and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent interpersonal and program management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary
• Experience and skill working with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple, competing priorities are required
• Objective, team player, proactive
• Advance Level English is a plus

Job Description

• Mentor and coach team members on all aspects of Agile methods on agile practices adopted by the organization and performance in their respective roles
• Guide and coach team members and leaders to embrace agile mindset, and cultural shift
• Help the team identify and track key performance metrics to maximize efficiency and velocity
• Coach and mentor team on Agile process to improve understanding and efficiency.
