Job Description

• Essential trade knowledge for export, import, logistics and supply planning.
• Sales Order Management from sales order to the shipment and invoicing processes.
• Strong follow up of day to day requirements with strict deadlines.
• Purchase order placement & operation handling.
• Review of inventory levels and customer orders; recommend system adjustments while maintaining a low level of inventory.
• Day to day logistics organization & execution.
• Domestic & International supplier relation & operation management.
• Customer relations management ( logistics & export communications ) 
• Purchase order handling & receipt preparation among all function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant engineering background,
  
• 3 – 5 years Logistics, supply chain (import-export), customer relations or planning experience in a manufacturing environment
  
• Knowledge of Planning Systems and understanding 
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  
• Proficiency using ERP Systems; Navision knowledge is an asset
  
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with great attention to detail
  
• Self motivated, results oriented, desire and drive for continuous improvement
  
• Effectively communicate to domestic and international customers
  
• Pro-active, ability to work in an international team / environment,
  
• Close follow up day to day requirements with strict deadlines
