 Qualifications: 

• Degree as Industrial Engineer.

 • Minimum 3 years’ planning experience in project-based production environment such as structural aluminium, glass facade or mechatronic systems (or similar industry experience) is essential. 

• Excellent conflict management capability & strong problem-solving skills are essential. • Culturally aware, team leader and ability to mentor others.

 • Ability to integrate into multicultural environment.

 • Candidate must be proficient with Axapta, Navision or similar ERP programs.

 • Experience with project management software is essential. 

• Excellent command of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing systems is a plus 

• Must have completed or be free of military obligation for male candidates. 

• Candidates must reside in the European side of Istanbul, preferably near Beylikdüzü – Istanbul. 

 Job Description: 

• Plan and control all processes for turnkey architectural projects from design to site installation. 

 • Prepare weekly and monthly production plans for production facilities in liaison with production managers. 

• Manage and control site installation plans in liaison with project managers. 

• Lead and manage ERP system in coordination with other parties. 

• Plan and control material procurement based on MRP in coordination with purchasing team. 

• Monitor stock levels and develop solid ground for stock management. 

• Provide input for Lean Manufacturing projects. 

• Provide input for KPI development. 

• Take part in mid and long-term capacity planning.
