Job Description:

• Design, Aluminum, Glass and Mechatronic Architectural systems utilizing Libart’s technology, for international architects and Libart dealers around the world.
• Have strong commercial sense to filter potential projects and customers, from dreamers.
• Prepare designs, proposals, engineering plans, costing, project timeline, negotiations to contract preparations. 
• Be involved in Design to Contract, actively follow-up on production, delivery, installation, and commercial operations to assure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date Lead, Proposal and Project planning records on CRM/ERP. 
• Good level of written and spoken English is a must, second foreign langue is an asset.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in design to installation and preferably sales in aluminum façade and glass glazing systems or similar in the building industry, preferable internationally
• Degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or similar in education and training.  Additional studies in project management or business will be an asset.
• Must be very proficient user of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and similar design, presentation programs.
• Candidate must have good; presentations skills (written, graphic and spoken), strong problem-solving, negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Culturally and globally aware, team worker.
• Must have completed or be free of military obligation for male candidates.
• Must be free to travel internationally to visit clients.
• Candidates must reside in the European side of Istanbul, preferable near Beylikdüzü - Istanbul
