QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

    • University degree from Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations.. etc
    • At least 3 years experience in accounting, finance, treasury, etc.
    • Experience in daily accounting transactions, execution of payments and controlling
    • Ability to make routine traking issues
    • High level of Computer Literacy,
    • Fluency in English (spoken, written, understanding) language is a must, She is teamworker,
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once

    • Contacting with the Foreign Affiliates regarding the financial conditions of rent contracts
    • Ensuring that the rent payments are executed according to the rent contracts
    • Checking and controlling of all rent related payments
    • Participation to all ERP related developments regarding rent, insurance and letter of guarantees and execution f their tests
    • Organization and following up of ERP related projects together with Foreign affiliates and IT depatrtmentes
    • Ensuring that the Letter of Guarantees given and received are in line with rent contract onditions.
    • Following up the Letter of Guarantees closely with the Foreign Affiliates
    • Preparation of periodic and ad-hoc rent and letter of Guarantee reports
    • Coordination of the insurance process with Insurance Companies and Foreign Affiliates
    • Review all contracts according their financial conditions and communication with other departments where necessary
    • Communication with all parties and departments where necessary for fullfilling the duties
