Who do we look for

We are looking for a new Sales Manager to join our Turkey team who will be responsible for the sales activities of our Rhein Chemie Business Unit in Turkey. 

The Rhein Chemie business unit (RCH) offers specialty chemicals and processing aids for the rubber, plastics and colorants industries. RCH supplies the entire rubber processing industry with a broad range of pre-dispersed chemicals, processing promoters, vulcanization and filler activators, anti-sun check waxes, release agents, tire marking inks and high-performance (vulcanization) bladders. The business unit also produces dyes, high performance pigments and pigment preparations for use in areas such as plastics, coatings and colorants, as well as in inks and paper industries. 

As a Sales Manager You Will

• Plan and prioritize sales activities, customers and/or prospective contacts towards achieving the business targets of related Business Units 
• Maintain existing customers and develop new ones through communication and negotiations of appropriate and commercial propositions, optimize profitable growth and facilitate sustainable customer relations 
• Provide customers with the basic technical support and solutions 
• Lead and follow our innovation projects within the company and with our customers 
• Follow up the market developments 
• Lead and coordinate the responsible Sales Support Specialist 
• Prepare sales budget proposals and track sales development by preparing forecasts and annual/monthly sales reports 
• Follow up receivables 
• Coordinate relations with traders and distributors  

In Order To Accomplish This You Will Have 

• A University degree of Engineering Disciplines (preferably Chemical/Mechanical Engineering) or Chemistry with basic knowledge of polymer science 
• 3-5 years relevant experience in related fields with a sales role, preferably technical sales 
• Excellent communication skills with technical and commercial acumen 
• Proficiency in English, German is an asset 
• Ability and willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment 
• Experience on projects involving cross-functional teams 
• A result and customer oriented attitude 
• A self-motivated team player personality 
• A valid driving license and the flexibility to travel domestic as well as international
