Production Planning and Logistics Manager

We are looking for a team member with the following characteristics and responsibilities to work as a "Production Planning  and Logistics Manager" for our group company abroad.

What are the requirements?

• Graduated from engineering departments,
• Advanced level of English
• Having knowledge and experience MS Office
• Experienced in SAP Program, especially in PP, SD MM and WM modules,
• At least 10 years management experience in Automotive industry,
• Having knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards,
• Experience in material management, import / export operations,
• Analytical thinking, result-oriented, team player, strong communication and problem-solving skills,
• Responsible for budget and investments of the department,
• Strong leading skills, careful follow-up of work and a developed sense of responsibility,
• Able to live and residence abroad.

What do we expect from our teammate?

• Providing the raw materials and auxiliary materials needed for production, planning and ordering from the supplier, controlling them and submitting them to the approval of the factory manager.
• Ensuring production plans are made on a line-by-line basis in accordance with customer needs.
• Calculating weekly, monthly and annual workforce and equipment needs and reporting them to the factory manager.
• To determine the machinery and labour needs by analysing the capacity in project works,
• Follow up customer deliveries daily,
• Participating in annual budget studies, providing confirmation and monitoring,
• Organizing periodic inventory counts and reporting the count results to the factory manager and financial affairs manager,
• New product packaging work is carried out during the commissioning of a new project,
• To ensure that processes are operated within the company in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 system standards, and that documentation and records are kept and reported.
