We are now taking applications for Merger & Acquisitions Senior Manager / Manager in our Deal Advisory team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; preferably an MSc degree from an accredited college/university, with a Finance, Business or Economics concentration
- At least 8 years of experience in working experience in a Big4 environment and/or financial institutions (investment banking and/or Private Equity) for Senior role or 5 + years of experience for Manager position
- Experience of transaction advisory is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with due diligence, business advisory, or strong audit experience
- Skills in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet modeling, use of Microsoft PowerPoint are prerequisites
- Excellent command of English
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Client facing experience from a professional services background
- Team working and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical knowledge, direction and training to people, coordinates engagement management and effectively utility resources as appropriate
- Manages engagements to consistently achieve specific revenue and profit objectives and deliver designated engagement realization
- Manages multiple and concurrent complex and client engagements, delivering results of own client portfolio through the management of large groups of professionals and possibly with the contribution of cross-divisional/group specialists
- Develops revenue growth and profitability for both existing client relationships and new clients.
- Builds relationships with a broad range of clients over time and assists other team members by introducing them to these contacts
- Begins to develop strategies to take a particular product or service to market
