Accounting&Tax Outsourcing Manager/Senior Manager

We are now looking for a talented and committed individual to join our Accounting & Tax Outsourcing Team at our İstanbul office.

• Bachelor's Degree from Management, Economics, Public Administration, or other “Accounting” related departments, 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, 
• At least 6-8 years of accounting & tax & payroll & reporting experience, Good knowledge of Turkish GAAP, Turkish Tax and Accounting requirements as well as Social Security and Turkish Labor Law, 
• Experienced in reporting according to IFRS, USGAAP is an asset Accounting and Tax Outsourcing experience is an asset,
•  SMMM qualification is required, 
• Proven ability to work independently as a leader and as a team member, 
• Military service must be completed for male candidates, 
• No obstacle to travel. 

• Leading day to day operation of foreign clients (via e-mail, conference & video calls,meetings), 
• Managing the team members of accounting and taxoutsourcing department in the sense of planning and controlling, 
• Controlling the monthly tax returns, managementreports, payroll and other delivarables to the foreign clients,
• Taking part in the tax compliance work of global clients, 
• Following up SGK and government related issues and implement the new requirements together with department management, 
• Assisting department managementhead for budget, cost & time control and performance evaluation related matters.
