GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

QUALIFICATIONS

  • ·         Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university 

    ·         Masters degree in management or marketing is an asset

    ·         At least 3 years of experience in marketing as a brand manager (preferably in an FMCG , Cosmetics company or pharmacy channel )

    ·         Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and analyse numbers

    ·         Advanced communication skills

    ·         Fluent in English (written and spoken)

    ·         Good command of office applications (word, excel, power point)

    ·         Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills

    ·         Passinote, ready to get more than one responsibilities

    ·         Good presentation skills, result oriented and highly motivated approach with entrepreneurial drive

    ·         Not travelling restrictions (domestic or overseas)

    ·         Reside in Asian side of Istanbul (Other applications will not be evaluated)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    ·         Developing and executing short and long term brand strategy to meet brand's objectives and client segment requirements.

    ·         Planning and implementing the marketing plan considering the allocated budget

    ·         Managing product launch process and monitor the progress

    ·         Managing advertisement campaigns

    ·         Opening new channels in accordance with the brand strategy

    ·         Leading brand management process (Forecasting, pricing, product launch, brand positioning, promotional activities,market and competitor analysis)

    ·         Daily communication to develop relations with pharmacists and beauty advisors

    ·         Managing import processes

    ·         Preparing monthly reports

    ·         Coordinating and supporting PR activities

    ·         Managing the artwork process (leaflets, brochures, posters, visuals)

    ·         Deliver brand related training programs

    ·         Producing BTL marketing materialism

    ·         organizing events and campaigns pos to increase sell out and brand awareness
