We are looking for Operation & Execution Manager for our Agriculture & Food Division.

Job Description : 

>Operational responsibility of the operations staff and operations.

>Ensure services related with activity that she/he responsible in accordance with standards. Instructions, quality objectives and contracts that pursued.

>Contact with client related with pursuing of services in the frame of contract, look of GM and applies it when there are out of routine demands and expectations in commercial and operational issues.

>Informs GM surely in a case of customer’s compliance, and procedures a solution with Quality Manager in a coordination.

>Do necessary arrangement documents that she/he responsible, files and records of work for hiding in accordance to valid procedures for services that ensured by his/her unit.

>Follows performances of operational coordinators and inspectors.

>Assign coordinators according to incoming work orders.

>Follow coordinators, chief supervisor, and inspectors in accordance with entrusting in process of operation. 

>Ensure compliance with the relevant human resources and relevant procedures and guidelines for the quality system and related procedures.

>Prepare and presents working related with department in technical meetings.

>Check the reports/certificates and confirms them.

>Determine operation equipment-device requirements for purchasing and transmitting the approval to the GM.

>Determine the resource requirements needed for the operation to take place.

>Make and implement annual monitoring measurement plan of inspector and coordinator together with quality unit.

>Applying all possible tools and controls for restricting and monitoring possible defects in all process of the company. When it is necessary, he/she personally does essential inspections such as personnel rotations, cross controls etc.

>Manage portfolio relations of client (receiving special requests of clients, interrogates customer complaints etc.)

Qualifications :

>Being a university graduate of at least 4 years. (Also preferred the relevant engineering departments but not mandatory .)

>Speaking, writing in English at the advanced level.

>At least 5 years of experience in inspection involving several categories of departments at global level.

>Having min. information training about QMS.
